Haunted House Opens on Friday the 13th at Barefoot Landing!

Are you superstitious? Are you afraid of the dark? The folks responsible for conjuring the spirits at Ghosts and Legends Theatre are exploiting both elements of dread in a brand new haunted house experience called BLACKOUT. The launch of this temporary October attraction happens on Friday the 13th, which organizers consider to be a lucky coincidence. Described as the 'world's first Halloween cat-and-mouse game,' BLACKOUT plunges willing victims into pitch-black passageways to search frantically with friends for a way out!

But just when it seems things can't get scarier, guests will become aware of someone or some 'thing' watching them! Nocturnal Creatures will be lurking in the blackness, watching every move with special night-vision goggles.
As the creepy tag line of BLACKOUT states, "They can see you in the dark."

The faint of heart are encouraged to enjoy the many alternative seasonal offerings at Barefoot Landing to avoid being 'scared to death,' say organizers. They also predict those attending on the ominous date of Friday the 13th will have unusually good luck, avoiding long lines which are expected closer to Halloween.
